Père Lachaise

The largest cemetery in Paris, and the first garden cemetery there. Named after the confessor to Louis XIV, Père François de la Chaise, this large cemetery holds the remains of over one million people. Buried here are some of the most famous people from Paris - Delacroix, Moliere, Chopin, Oscar Wilde, Sarah Bernhardt, of course Jim Morrison... and since Barton is obsessed with Edith Piaf, he had Muz watch La Vie en Rose the other night, and we went on a search for her burial place.

What a beautiful place - thank you for the suggestion Jim Keefe and Carla Maria Sullwold!
