A quiet Weekend day at Luxembourg Gardens

Luxembourg Gardens is a beautiful area in Paris created by Mari de' Medici, the widow of King Henry IV of France in 1612. She built the palace for her residence but now it houses the French Senate. It features beautiful fountains and lovely manicured gardens and is a place where adults can relax and children can play. What a beautiful place to spend a weekend after noon!
